Pri metodi osredoto\u010denega postavljanja ciljev\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blazkos.com\/metoda-postavljanja-ciljev-code-1.php\">CODE-1<\/a><\/span> imamo lahko celo problem, katero podro\u010dje \u017eivljenja izbrati, ki bi ga radi drasti\u010dno izbolj\u0161ali.<\/p>\n<p>Metoda, kako to narediti je enostavno preprosta.\u00a0Posamezno izbrano podro\u010dje ocenimo na lestvici od 1 do 10. Deset predstavlja na\u0161e idealno stanje, kon\u010dni cilj, ki si ga predstavljamo na posameznem podro\u010dju \u017eivljenja. Enka predstavlja kriti\u010dno stanje, kot je recimo bankrot na finan\u010dni strani, kriti\u010dno zdravstveno stanje, lo\u010ditev itn., odvisno od na\u0161e subjektivne percepcijske mape. Vsako podro\u010dje dobi na\u0161o lastno oceno trenutnega stanja, ki se nahaja med stanjem, ki nam osebno predstavlja katastrofo in na\u0161im idealnim stanjem. Za vsakega od nas ja tak\u0161na lestvica povsem individualne narave ter tako tudi najbolj realen odsev na\u0161ega dejanskega in \u017eelenega stanja. Dobro je, da vsa stanja tudi podrobno zapi\u0161emo, saj s tem razvijemo jasnost.<\/p>\n<p>Najbolj enostavno je, \u010de to\u00a0prika\u017eemo v tabeli, saj imamo jasen pregled nad vsemi podro\u010dji na\u0161ega \u017eivljenja. Nari\u0161emo tabelo z dvema stolpcema. V prvi stolpec vpi\u0161emo posamezna podro\u010dja \u017eivljenja, po razdelitvi, ki se nam zdi pomembna in smiselna. V drugi stolpec vpi\u0161emo na\u0161o oceno. Posamezne vrstice tabele lahko izpostavimo z razli\u010dnimi barvami npr. podro\u010dja, ki so kriti\u010dna, podro\u010dja, kjer blestimo ter podro\u010dja, ki so nekje vmes. Potem lahko spremljamo, \u010de smo to tudi dosegli. Pregled nad posameznimi podro\u010dji \u017eivljenja nam lahko da tudi kasno sliko, kateri podro\u010dje naj izberemo pri metodi CODE-1. Bistveno je, da imamo potem to tabelo vedno nekje na vidnem mestu ter da pridno sledimo svojim ciljem.<\/p>\n<p>Pomembno je, da se zavedamo ciklov v na\u0161em \u017eivljenju, ki vplivajo na kakovost posameznega podro\u010dja v posameznem letu. Redko se zgodi, da imamo vsa podro\u010dja na maksimumu ali minimumu. \u017divljenje je polno novih izzivov, postavljamo si vi\u0161je standarde, itn. tako je taka\u00a0lestvica izjemno dinami\u010dna\u00a0in se tako ocene na posameznem podro\u010dju redno spreminjajo. Vse to pa nam lahko bistveno pomaga pri alokaciji na\u0161e energije in fokusa.<\/p>\n<p>Pri tem se velja nekoliko bolj poglobiti \u0161e v dve \u0161tevilki, ki ju pri tej metodi izpostavi Steve Pavlina. Prva je \u010dista 10ka.\u00a0Desetka namre\u010d ne obstaja, ni cilj vendar je sama pot. Je kot privid ali ideal, ki ga ne moramo nikoli dose\u010di, saj ni ni\u010d v \u017eivljenju popolno. Tako 10ko dose\u017eemo \u0161ele, ko sprejmemo samo \u017eivljenje in pot, ki nam je dana. Vsi ljudje smo narejeni tako, da si \u017eelimo napredovati in dosegati nove in nove cilje. Tako je 10ka ta zadnja modrost doseganja ciljev.<\/p>\n<p>Druga, \u0161e bolj pomembna \u0161tevilka je\u00a0sedmica, ki v tem primeru ni ni\u010d kaj pravlji\u010dna. Vedno obstajajo podro\u010dja \u017eivljenja, ki jih ozna\u010dimo 7 ali kak\u0161no to\u010dko manj. To so obi\u010dajno podro\u010dja, na katerih smo se zadovoljili z rezultatom, ki smo ga dosegli, je pa to dale\u010d od na\u0161ega pravega potenciala. Primeri so zakonska zveza, ki je zadovoljiva, vendar nas ne osre\u010duje, dobro pla\u010dana slu\u017eba pri tem, ko bi lahko bili izjemni podjetniki itn.<\/p>\n<p>Problem je na eni strani ta, da je obi\u010dajno veliko la\u017eje preiti iz 3 do 7 kot iz 7 do 9. Slednje zahteva veliko ve\u010d truda in tak napredek resni\u010dno lahko dose\u017eemo \u0161ele v ve\u010d letih in veliki samodisciplini. Kot drugo, pot iz 7 do 9 obi\u010dajno ni direktna, vendar je preko ni\u017ejih \u0161tevilk, lahko celo preko 1 ali 2. To pomeni, da moramo na primer pustiti slu\u017ebo, iti skozi lo\u010ditev ali kaj podobnega. Velikokrat to, da pridemo iz 7 do 9 zahteva veliko znanja, poguma in vztrajnosti.
