Sicer ne vem, kaj bi bil ustrezni prevod za to besedo in tako kar recimo, da ga niti ne potrebujemo. Gremo raje na osnovno idejo. Verjetno ste opazili, da nam dolo\u010dena naloga vzame ravno toliko \u010dasa, kolikor \u010dasa ji pa\u010d namenimo. Vsako aktivnost lahko opravimo v to\u010dno dolo\u010denem \u010dasovnem okviru in ta \u010dasovni okvir je pogosto vezan na kakovost izvedbe dolo\u010dene naloge. Vendar, ker popolnost ne obstaja bi dolo\u010deno nalogo lahko opravljali ve\u010dno, da bi jo opravili popolno. V drugem ekstremu pa, \u010de neki nalogi posvetimo ni\u010d \u010dasa, ne bo opravljenega prav ni\u010d. S timeboxingom pa najdemo optimum, glede na \u010das, ki ga imamo na voljo in minimalno sprejemljivo kakovost naloge.<\/p>\n<p>Torej ideja te metode upravljanja s \u010dasom je, da <strong>dolo\u010deni nalogi namenimo to\u010dno dolo\u010den \u010das, ki si ga lahko privo\u0161\u010dimo oziroma ocenimo, da je za nas sprejemljiv.<\/strong> V dolo\u010denem dnevu alociramo ta \u010dasovni blok za izvedbo aktivnosti in se je takrat tudi lotimo. Zadeva je sila enostavna, ima pa kar nekaj prednosti, ki se jih obi\u010dajno niti ne zavedamo.<\/p>\n<p>Pri primer, kjer ta metoda izjemno koristi je pri ve\u010djih nalogah, kjer pogosto odla\u0161amo. Povsod lahko preberemo, da je potrebno velike naloge razdeliti na manj\u0161e podnaloge, ker se jih potem la\u017eje lotimo. Vsekakor je to smiselna re\u0161itev, lahko pa uporabilo tudi Timeboxing. Re\u010demo, da bomo za neko obse\u017eno nalogo, katere se moramo lotiti na primer jutri porabili dve ure in nato resni\u010dno delamo dve ure na nalogi, ne glede na to, kako dale\u010d pridemo. To je obi\u010dajno koristno, ko ne vemo, kako razkosati nalogo. S Timeboxingom se prisilimo, da za\u010dnemo na dolo\u010deni nalogi delati in s prvimi koraki slej kot prej pridemo tudi do re\u0161itve, kako na pravi na\u010din nadaljevati z realizacijo dolo\u010dene naloge, na primer, kako je dolo\u010deno obse\u017eno nalogo najbolj smiselno razkosati.<\/p>\n<p>Druga uporabna stran te metode je, da najdemo optimalno re\u0161itev v danem \u010dasovnem okviru. \u010ce neki nalogi posvetimo 5 ur, bomo v teh petih urah sku\u0161ali najti najbolj\u0161o re\u0161itev. Na primer, za izpit se lahko u\u010dimo en teden ali pet ur. \u010ce imamo na voljo zgolj 5 ur, se bomo pa\u010d nau\u010dili zgolj bistvene stvari.<\/p>\n<p>Stranska pozitivna u\u010dinka te metode sta dva. Prvi je, da obi\u010dajno, ko se za\u010dnemo posve\u010dati neki obse\u017enej\u0161i nalogi dolo\u010deno \u010dasovno obdobje, nas lahko izvedba toliko potegne vase, da z opravljanjem naloge enostavno nadaljujemo, dokler ni naloga kon\u010dana ali vsaj delno kon\u010dana. S Timeboxingom gremo v akcijo ter nas potem sam proces popelje do dokon\u010danja naloge.<\/p>\n<p>Druge stranski pozitivni u\u010dinek pa je obi\u010dajno povi\u0161ana produktivnost. \u010ce vemo, da imamo to\u010dno dolo\u010den \u010dasovni rok, sploh, \u010de je ta kratek, sku\u0161amo v tem \u010dasovnem roku narediti \u010dim ve\u010d. Ne odla\u0161amo, nimamo \u010dasa za odmore, vendar enostavno sku\u0161amo \u010dim ve\u010d narediti v dolo\u010denem \u010dasu. In na koncu nalogo tudi opravimo, kar je bistveno.<\/p>\n<p>Sam uporabljam to metodo pogosto za pisanje \u010dlankov. V\u010dasih mi manjka navdiha, kaj naj bi napisal, a se s tem ne obremenjujem. Dolo\u010den dan si v urnik vpi\u0161em \u010dasovni blok za pisanje \u010dlanka, ki traja npr. tri ure. Ko pridem do tega termina, se usedem za ra\u010dunalnik in za\u010dnem delati. Glede na to, da imam zastavljen cilj, da v treh urah tudi napi\u0161em \u010dlanek, za\u010dnem razmi\u0161ljati o tematikah, preberem nekaj virov, razmislim in slej kot prej dobim tudi naslov, strukturo \u010dlanka in ga enostavno napi\u0161em. To metodo uporabljam tudi, ko moram hitro kaj spisati in \u017ee imam temo in strukturo.
